Albion (AMN) – Rhonda Roberts was diagnosed with Glioblastoma on December 11, 2018. She has undergone brain surgery and is now getting treatment. This benefit event will feature a raffle of numerous donated items as well as 50-50 and live auctions. This event will take place on Saturday, February 23, 2019. Dinner is $5, and beer will be $3. It is from 5:00 to 9:00 pm. It will be held at the American Legion Post 55.

December 11th, 2018, a biopsy was conducted, confirming a diagnosis of Glioblastoma Multiforme. Glioblastoma Multiforme is the most aggressive cancer that begins with the brain. Because of treatment, Rhonda cannot work, and because of the weather conditions in Michigan recently, she may have to stay overnight in a hotel close to where she gets treatment. With the cost of gas, along with necessities that come with traveling and going 100 miles round trip daily, the cost adds up.
