Yes. Albion will require all students, faculty and staff who are learning, living, teaching or working on
campus to receive the COVID-19 vaccine and present proof of vaccination by August 1, 2021, unless a
medical or religious waiver is approved.

Which COVID-19 vaccines fulfill the requirement?
Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines are all acceptable. If you are an international student and

You will need to submit documentation that includes your name, date of vaccination, type of vaccine and
proof of both doses of a Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or a single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine from
your healthcare provider or pharmacy. You may need to request this documentation.

How can I upload my proof of immunization?
We are working on a new documentation process that is safe and secure and will share details later in the
summer. Once this new process is live, you will be required to submit proof of vaccination even if you have
previously shared your vaccination record with the COVID-19 team.

What is the deadline for sharing my proof of immunization?
All students, faculty and staff who will be on campus for Fall 2021 must share proof of immunization by
August 1, 2021.

Yes, religious and medical exemptions will be honored.

How do I apply for a medical waiver, religious waiver or vaccination delay due to a recent
COVID-19 infection?

Albion College students, faculty and staff who need to request a medical waiver, religious waiver or
